Proof of income

• 2 recent payslips or letter of employment
• Your latest Group Certificate or Tax Return and
• Assessment Notice

Proof of identity

• Your Driver's licence
• Your Birth Certificate or Passport
• Your Medicare Card or Credit Card or ATM Card
  

Loan statements

• Latest Credit Card statements
• Most recent loan statements

Plus if you're purchasing

• Copy of Contract
• Copy of Deposit receipt
• Record of savings over the past 6 months

And if you're building

• Builder's quote and / or contract
• Land purchase contract

If you're an investor

• Latest rental statement or Copy of Lease

Only if you're self-employed

• Past 2 years Business & Personal Income Tax Returns
• Past 2 years Tax Assessment Notices
